How to Manifest in 7 Simple Steps

Help yourself to a working manifesting method

Do you have a manifesting technique that works? And if you do, what is the number of the times it actually worked? What is its success rate?

I have read a lot of theories and manifesting techniques that people swear by, yet didn’t work for me, or had a very low success rate. And most people, don’t even have a method in place, so they can start assessing how good it is.

In fact, to many, manifesting is just a code word. It has nothing to do with a system, a method, a process – None of it. And while I’m always happy to explain manifesting to anyone who’s willing to listen, if you want to manifest – you have to have a METHOD.

Manifesting is not some mystic act, it isn’t magic (though it often seems that way). In fact, understanding the logic of the manifesting process and the laws of the universe can actually, might provide you with a much better chance of building your own method for successful manifesting.

But if you are just starting out, I recommend starting with methods that other have developed and tweaking those. When I tried to find good methods to recommend, I came up with a lot of good tips, but almost no step by step methods.

So instead of reviewing what’s out there, I’ve decided to share my own manifesting 101 process.

Reading it you’ll realize it’s very simple but not always easy.

Manifesting 101 – 7 Steps to Manifesting

  1. Set your goal.
Please do so in writing. You wouldn’t believe how literal manifesting is. It can bring you EXACTLY what you asked for but not at all what you intended. If you don’t write it down, it’ll be hard both to track your progress AND figure out what went wrong, when you start manifesting and see that some of the time, your results are a bit off.
  2. Ask yourself: “Do I believe that I can actually achieve it?”
If the answer to that is yes, then great. If not, if you’re even a tiny bit hesitant as to whether YOU can achieve what you want, then try and dig for a bit, for those limiting beliefs (that all of us struggle with at times) that are holding you back. It usually doesn’t work, to ask “what are my limiting beliefs”, they are pretty good in disguising themselves as truths we don’t dare to question or fears resulting from past experience. So instead, just write down why you think that you might not be able to achieve what you want, to start this digging process.
  3. Deal with each negative, limiting belief.
Sometimes it’s enough to find just a couple of real life examples that contradict your belief, to get rid of it. If you’re not familiar with The Work by Byron Katie, I highly recommend it, her format is designed in a way that can remove beliefs that you have had for YEARS in a matter of minutes.
  4. Go back to step 2 and repeat it.
Do you NOW believe that you can actually achieve your goal? Return to step 2 as many times as you need to make sure you are now feeling positive about the possibility of reaching your goal. When this is so, move on to step 5
  5. What needs to happen in order for you to achieve your goal?
This is the time to make a list of all the you need to do in order to reach your goal. Even if you’re not sure what are the exact steps to manifesting your goal, start with what you do know. Write down everything, even those action items you have no idea how to go about completing them.
  6. Assign responsibilities.
For each item on the list, decide which part is your responsibility? What action do YOU need to take? Be specific if you can. For example, if you are looking to start a new business and looking for a design oriented partner, then you can assign that to the universe, but make sure you do take the necessary action on your part – locating relevant online and offline opportunities to advertise what you are looking for.
  7. Have your action plan ready? Great!
Time to pick the first step you will take (if there are a couple of options and you’re wondering which one would be best to start with, just choose whichever one you feel most comfortable with)

That’s it. Time to start doing! The doing part might sound a bit weird, in the business of manifesting, but you cannot manifest without taking some action, even small and seemingly insignificant action does the trick sometimes.

One Final Manifesting Tip: Continue Practicing

Manifesting is an amazingly powerful tool that can help you in all areas of your life. The more you learn, the more you understand how to work it, the better your results will be. Keep honing your manifesting skills, learning how to successfully manifest never really ends. Even when you learn to manifest easily in one certain area of your life, there is a learning curve when you start manifesting in a new area. And all areas (money, career, family, children, relationships, health etc.) can benefit from some manifesting on your part.

Isn’t funny how all of life comes down to clearly defining a goal. Just this morning, I watched a video about a guy on a skateboard. He had a goal and he tried and tried and tried and tried and failed over and over. He never gave up and he did it.

    • Yeah I’m still sometime surprised at how just DECIDING on a goal instantly creates a path to achieve it.
